Yes “getting back to nature”, walking, hiking and simply being in nature has its benefits. And, there is so much more to self discover! Through direct, guided, embodied and respectful contact with wild nature, our brains, bodies and emotions find deep connection and regulation. Eco therapy and mindfulness in nature is experiential, somatic and relational. Interacting with nature simply yet profoundly can deepen our connection to ourselves.
Our time in nature promises to be insightful, playful, joyful. Transformative and calming. In person activities are experienced on 700 acres of pristine Canadian natural wilderness just minutes outside Lumby, BC Canada. You will enjoy meeting and observing the herd of horses which roam and graze naturally, a rare experience to witness and integrate. It is likely we will observe the coyotes, deer, bears, ground squirrels, many birds and who knows who else will greet us! The land is their home and nature has profound ways in helping us return to our inner home, our real selves. Our time will be filled with cognitive, somatic, regulating, grounding and reconnecting exercises which will assist you to remember, recharge and renew you're well being.
