Her work blends clinical wisdom, spiritual depth, and a fierce compassion born of lived experience.

This is leadership beyond titles — it’s the leadership of being human.

A Michif woman with Red River roots, Dawn’s work bridges psychology, leadership, and the quiet intelligence of nature. She blends evidence-based therapy with Indigenous teachings and the creative power of story to help people dissolve perfectionism, codependency, and burnout — the patterns that keep us small when we were born to live wide.

Before degrees and job titles, there were storytellers, aunties, and elders — the first counsellors. When Dawn didn’t have them, she turned to the land. The rivers taught her resilience, the winds taught her surrender, and the stillness taught her how to listen.

Today, she brings that listening into every program, retreat, and mentorship circle she leads. Her approach is equal parts grounded psychology and soulful artistry — a mix of structure and spirit that helps high-achieving humans lead from worth, not depletion.

Dawn’s mission is simple, though never small:
To take people from where they are, and return them to who they were always meant to become.
