Meet Dawn
For more than three decades, Dawn has been guiding people through some of the most important transitions of their lives.
She is an executive leadership consultant with over 25 years of experience, a Registered Master Therapeutic Counselor, and a counseling supervisor. Her work brings together professional training, leadership experience, and the kind of understanding that only comes from walking through many seasons of life alongside others.
Many of the people who find their way to Dawn are high achievers. They are leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, and creative thinkers who appear to have everything together on the outside. Yet behind closed doors they may be carrying pressure, burnout, relationship struggles, or a quiet sense that something important has been lost along the way.
Dawn has a natural ability to see past the surface. She listens carefully, asks honest questions, and helps people uncover the deeper truth of what is really going on beneath the roles they hold and the expectations they carry.
Her work draws from counseling practice, behavioural psychology, leadership development, and decades of lived experience supporting people through grief, transition, identity shifts, and the search for meaningful purpose. Some people describe her presence as carrying the wisdom of the “Crone,” a woman who has gathered deep understanding through experience and offers it with clarity, compassion, and honesty.
Through counseling, mentorship, retreats, and transformational programs, Dawn helps people reconnect with themselves. Clients often say they leave conversations with her feeling seen, understood, and stronger than they expected.
Her work is not about fixing people. It is about helping them remember who they are and giving them the support and perspective to move forward with courage, clarity, and a deeper sense of belonging in their own lives.
