Femtorship Programs

  • ROOT ($2500)

    Ideal for beginners or those looking to make small yet significant changes. This package includes:

    • 6 hours of coaching, adjustable to your schedule, either bi-monthly over 3 months or more intensively

    • Consistent email support and feedback between sessions

    • One 90-min deep dive session

  • RISE ($5000)

    Designed for aspiring leaders ready to delve deeper into their professional growth.

    • 12 hours of coaching with Dawn, in bi-monthly sessions over 6 months or in a concentrated schedule

    • Regular email feedback and review to keep you on course between sessions

    • Half-day in-person strategy session (virtual available)

  • ROAR

    For top-tier professionals aiming for peak potential.
    Cost range: $3000/half day, $6000/full day

    • Either Day-long or half-day in-person (or virtual) intensive strategy session with Dawn from 9:00am – 4:00pm (full day) or 9:00am-12:00pm or 1:00-4:00pm (half day).

    • One 90-minute follow up session 30 days after live session to check in on progress, and make necessary adjustments to the plan.
